Registered Nurse – Complex Care Lead (Night/Flexible)

Clarence Park Care Home in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver clinically led care to residents with complex physical and mental health needs. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications and monitor changes, leading shifts and guiding the team.
