Clinical Lead, Complex Care & Governance

Active Care Group is seeking a Clinical Lead for Brownbill Case Management. You will provide clinical leadership across the service, shaping strategy, driving quality, and supporting the ongoing development of case management provision.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee governance, and build strong relationships with referrers and stakeholders while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care across the Midlands, London, and South East regions.
