Regulatory Solicitor – Local Government (Dual Councils)

South Ribble Borough Council and Chorley Borough Council seek an experienced Regulatory lawyer to join their Shared Legal Services team. You will provide expert legal advice across two councils on civil and criminal matters, prosecutions, planning enforcement, and procurement, representing the councils in courts and committees.

You will draft reports for Cabinet and senior officers, drive major projects, and ensure governance in property transactions.
