Lead Safeguarding Officer – Women’s National League

The Football Association seeks a Women’s National League Designated Safeguarding Officer to lead safeguarding policy and practice across the WNL and drive continuous improvement in welfare and compliance. The role collaborates with clubs, County FAs and FA Safeguarding colleagues to shape safeguarding culture and manage concerns effectively.

This role involves frequent national travel (one or two days per week, with potential flexibilty) and a hybrid working model.
