Systems & Process Accountant – Automation & Controls Lead

The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a Systems and Process Accountant to join our growing Finance team at Silverstone. You will own system functionality, drive improvements, and ensure processes and controls scale with ambitious growth.

Working with Finance, Operations, IT and Engineering, you will design, test and embed changes, automate where possible, and document processes to support audit-ready controls and efficient financial operations across the business.
