Lead Registered Manager, Children’s Home (Coventry)

Dawlish Care Services LTD is seeking an experienced Registered Children’s Manager to lead a new multi-site Coventry children’s homes project. You will shape the service from the ground up, recruit and develop the team, and forge partnerships with commissioners.

You will oversee delivery of high-quality care for children aged 8-17 with EBD, ensure regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and strong care planning, while building a supportive, professional culture within the team.
