Asset Care Lead: FMCG Maintenance Manager (Hands-On)

Warburtons is seeking an Asset Care Lead to drive maintenance strategy at the Enfield bakery. You will lead a 6-strong day-engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems in a highly automated facility.

You will collaborate with senior engineering leadership, manage safety and quality, and optimise reliability with SAP-based workflows. Strong people leadership and problem-solving are essential.
