Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 8a Biomedical Scientist Laboratory Manager to join our client in Carlisle. This full-time, ongoing role is based on core hours and offers a competitive hourly rate for a busy laboratory service.

You will manage laboratory operations, oversee staffing and workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service delivery and strategic development, leveraging HCPC registration and NHS experience where possible.
