Experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor – Data Center & Rail

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team. You will manage commercial aspects of M&E packages from award to final account on major construction projects in the rail, data center, and general building services sectors.

The role requires strong knowledge of valuations, cost forecasting, and final accounts, with experience of JCT or NEC contracts. You will liaise with clients, main contractors, and suppliers to maximise project performance
