Hybrid Asset Manager: Residential & Mixed-Use (London)

Macdonald & Company is seeking an Assistant Residential Asset Manager to take ownership of a mixed-use portfolio in London on a 2-year fixed-term basis. You will oversee asset performance, coordinate with external agents, and drive leasing, capex and budgeting.

Hybrid working with real accountability, reporting to the Development Director, you will build financial models, monitor income, and prepare performance reports for senior stakeholders.
