Overview

In this role you will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction to completion, contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking Cardiff team. You will handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and both freehold and leasehold matters while using digital case management workflows to enhance client experience. Responsibilities

• Manage a broad residential property caseload from instruction to completion
• Handle sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages
• Work on freehold and leasehold transactions
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, brokers and referrers
• Utilise case management systems and digital workflows to improve client experience
• Provide clear, proactive communication throughout matters
• Contribute to team development and continuous improvement
• Support business development and raise the firm’s local profile
