Continuous Improvement lead

Overview

In this role, you lead and coordinate strategic change initiatives across professional services within SHS, driving new operating models and service improvements. You will work with faculty leadership, run stakeholder workshops, analyze data to inform decisions, and ensure adoption of new ways of working. The role focuses on embedding sustainable change and continuous improvement across operational teams. This is a 1-year secondment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic change projects across professional services
• Drive implementation of new operating models and service improvements in Education Administration, Student Experience, Marketing and Communications, HR, Finance, and Research
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops
• Analyze data to inform decisions and support evidence-based change
• Ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working and embed continuous improvement
• Support cross-functional collaboration and alignment with faculty leadership

Key requirements

• Strategic change professional with experience in large, matrixed organisations
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of change management principles
