Overview
In this role, you will contribute to the Financial Wellbeing Platform by delivering high-quality software that supports customers in financial difficulty. You will work within cross-functional teams to improve tools and automate CFA systems, enabling more resilient and efficient customer outcomes. The position combines frontend/backend work with a focus on stability and quality, guided by architecture and engineering principles. You will mentor teammates and help elevate engineering practices while partnering across the organization. This is a chance to shape the platform that drives financial wellbeing at scale.

Responsibilities
- Design, build and implement frontend and backend changes with emphasis on stability, robustness and quality
- Provide domain expert input into systems development, integrations and architecture
- Offer technical leadership and mentoring to the team
- Support the wider Engineering Community through peer reviews and knowledge sharing
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to meet shared objectives and promote open communication
Key requirements
- Experience with Front-End Technologies
- ETL Development and Data Transformations using Pentaho Data Integration
- SQL Server expertise including complex queries and performance tuning
