Solicitor or Associate – Public Law – Cardiff – Hybrid

Overview

In this role you will join a nationally recognised Insurance & Public Risk team to advise NHS bodies, regulators and life sciences organisations on public and health law matters. You will handle complex regulatory issues and judicial review work within a collaborative, career‑focused environment. The role combines regulatory compliance, information law, and high‑profile healthcare matters at the intersection of law, regulation and technology. Responsibilities

• Advise on public law, health law and regulatory matters
• Conduct and defend judicial review proceedings
• Draft pre‑action letters, pleadings and court documents
• Support clients with information law issues (FOIA, DPA, EIR)
• Advise healthcare and life sciences organisations on complex regulatory issues

Key requirements

• Experience in public law, regulatory law or healthcare-related matters
• Experience with NHS organisations, government bodies or regulators is advantageous
