Accounting Manager

Overview

As a senior Finance Lead, you will manage a team of four to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts under US GAAP, plus UK statutory reporting under IFRS. You’ll drive the annual audit process, strengthen internal controls, and provide financial insight to support strategic decision-making. This global role combines technical accounting excellence with business partnering to influence performance. You will shape reporting processes, deliver insightful variance analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable informed choices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting Team to meet reporting deadlines with strong controls
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes under US GAAP
• Own preparation and filing of UK statutory financial statements under IFRS
• Produce monthly and quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow variance analysis and commentary
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support performance and strategic decisions
• Manage the annual audit process and uphold internal control environment

Key requirements

• ACA qualified (or equivalent)
