Overview

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will contribute to a global, public-facing web/cloud platform used across engineering communities. You will join cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable web services that power a wide range of applications. You’ll work on both frontend and backend challenges, shaping user experiences and robust systems. This role offers the chance to impact a high-visibility platform and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver value. You’ll be part of a modern onsite team in Cambridge, driving impact through technical excellence and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web services for a global public-facing platform
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Contribute to both frontend (TypeScript/React) and backend (Node.js/Go/Python) development
• Work on architecture and design principles, including API interfaces and data models
• Communicate effectively with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Show strong product ownership and accountability for delivery

Key requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack web application development
• Concrete experience in UI development with TypeScript
• Concrete experience in backend development with Node.js or Go/Python
• Understanding of software design principles and patterns
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Clear communication with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong sense of product ownership
