Overview
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will lead testing strategy and guide multiple test teams to ensure delivery quality within time and cost targets. You will drive quality improvements, promote best practices, and standardise testing approaches across projects. You will embed security, accessibility, and performance considerations into services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and priorities. This role requires active SC clearance and a proven ability to mentor engineers while shaping testing capabilities at scale.
