Are you currently operating at Senior QS level within a Tier 1 contractor but looking for more visibility, autonomy, and influence?

RGB Recruitment is working with a well-established regional civil engineering business delivering complex infrastructure schemes across the South West. They are seeking a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key projects within a strong secured pipeline.

This role would suit someone who:

• Has strong NEC contract experience
• Has managed large infrastructure packages within a structured Tier 1 environment
• Is ready to step into a role with greater commercial ownership and less corporate red tape
• Wants long-term regional work without excessive travel
