The Complete Camera Company require a Broadcast Engineering & Camera Trainee / Driver to help manage and maintain the equipment we own.
This is an entry-level role, and is a great route into broadcast remote-camera operating.
The Complete Camera Company is an established broadcast supplier of cameras, audio, recording equipment and crews to (primarily) UK-based production companies. We are based in Warwickshire, and we specialise in fixed-rig filming and broadcast project management and implementation.
The ideal candidate for this entry-level role will be friendly, enthusiastic, motivated, punctual, eager to learn and will have an interest in the technical aspect of television making.
The job will be based at our Warwickshire HQ but will require location work with our clients anywhere in the world.
Duties will include:
- Basic maintenance of technical equipment
- Administration of the workshop
- Preparing, cleaning and packing of equipment for projects or hires
- Checking-in and checking-out of equipment
- Asset registering and control
- Delivery / collection of equipment
- PAT testing and cable making
- Potentially long or unsociable hours, including evening and weekend working
The Candidate:
The candidate will ideally have some prior knowledge or experience working with either broadcast cameras, audio or broadcast ingest equipment. Experience with remotely operated cameras, radiomics, comms systems or recording would be a bonus, but are not essential.
We seek a friendly, cheerful and adaptable person who will be a team player. We are looking for someone with initiative, who is proactive, tidy and meticulous, with a desire to improve their knowledge and understanding of broadcast engineering. They must be professional and presentable, helping The CCC expand its brand and build upon our increasingly positive reputation.
They must have a full UK driving licence.

- Broadcast technical qualifications from a recognised college
- Within commuting distance of Warwick
- Experience working in a warehouse/workshop environment
- Experience in a hire or facilities company
- A full, clean UK driving licence
