They are looking to speak with procurement professionals who have experience delivering end-to-end public sector procurements and who want a role where they can make an impact.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement projects from strategy development through to contract award.
- Lead regulated procurement exercises, including RFPs, tenders, evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection.
- Ensure procurement activity is compliant with the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
- Provide expert procurement advice and guidance to stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, acting as a trusted procurement partner.
- Support housing sector clients in delivering commercially effective and compliant procurement solutions.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement projects within a public sector or regulated environment.
- Strong working knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) and Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR2015).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to build credibility with clients and stakeholders.
