⚡ Electrical Site Manager | Cardiff / South Wales
£50,000–£55,000 + Progression
We’re looking for 2 Electrical Site Managers to join a growing contractor delivering commercial, industrial and renewable energy projects across South Wales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead electrical teams, manage site delivery and keep projects on programme.
The role
• Lead day-to-day electrical installation
• Manage electricians & subcontractors
• Coordinate labour, materials & programme
• Drive H&S, RAMS & quality
• Conduct inspections & toolbox talks
• Liaise with clients, PMs & site teams
• Resolve issues and keep works moving
What we’re looking for
✔️ Electrical Site Manager / Supervisor experience
✔️ Commercial or industrial background
✔️ SMSTS – essential
✔️ Black CSCS Card – essential
✔️ NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
✔️ Strong leadership and site management skills
