Senior Business Analyst – London/Hybrid – £70,000 – £80,000 base + package – Permanent
Our client, a Professional Services firm is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Technology & Data team, supporting complex, high-profile and business-critical Data & AI projects.
The role will work across Product, Change and Technology, partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Key Business Analysis across full project and product lifecycles with a specific focus on their Data & AI portfolio
- Working with senior stakeholders, Product Owners and technical teams to define scope and requirements
- Leading workshops, requirements discovery and process mapping
- Translating business needs into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Supporting Agile and Waterfall delivery, including UAT and testing
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst ideally within the Professional Services industry
- Strong experience across requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good technical and data literacy, with the ability to work confidently with technical teams
- Understanding and motivation to work on their AI portfolio
