GenAI Engineer – London – £140k + bonus

RJC Group are currently partnered with a Major Financial Services company based in London, looking for a GenAI Engineer to join their growing AI team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, define AI standards and directly interact with the business.

What you’ll do:

• Define reference architectures, engineering standards and implementation patterns for GenAI applications
• Design agentic workflows that safely interact with internal APIs, databases, search systems and third-party services
• Develop shared platform capabilities for LLM applications, agentic systems and enterprise knowledge solutions
• Set standards for tool contracts, structured outputs, context management, prompting, model selection and routing
• Evaluate LLM, retrieval and agent performance via automated metrics, test datasets and regression testing

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience building E2E Agentic solutions
• Worked in modern tech companies who have been at the forefront of AI implementations
• Strong hands on background in Python – ideally in ML or Data Science projects
• Cloud deployment and containerised production AI service
