Recruiter (EMEA) | 9-Month Contract
Location: London (Holborn)
Rate: £220.08 – £244.56 per day (PAYE)
Duration: 9 Months
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Office Requirement: 5 days per week onsite

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a fast-paced, global talent acquisition team supporting hiring across the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling a high-growth business, partnering with stakeholders across multiple markets and helping attract top talent.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of EMEA-based roles
- Building and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
- Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a high-volume environment
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer
- Using recruitment data and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across the business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong background in high-volume recruitment environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A strong focus on candidate experience and employer brand
- Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets is highly desirable
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment
