Human Resources Business Partner

Catalyst Partners is partnering with a high-performing global advisory firm to appoint a HR Business Partner in London.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious HR professional looking to work closely with senior leaders in a commercially focused, fast-paced environment. Working as part of a lean and highly visible HR team, you’ll partner with front-office and business services stakeholders across EMEA, providing both strategic and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and business managers
• Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, including performance, grievances, investigations and organisational change
• Partner with the business on organisational design, workforce planning and talent initiatives
• Support compensation, performance and promotion processes
• Drive employee engagement and people-focused initiatives
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies, processes and programmes
• Work closely with global HR colleagues to ensure a consistent employee experience across regions

About You

• Proven HR Business Partner experience within financial services, ideally from a boutique
• Strong employee relations capability with confidence managing complex cases independently
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, changing business
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk, employee experience and business outcomes
• Comfortable operating in a lean team where ownership and accountability are valued
• International or EMEA exposure would be advantageous
