Finance Director | Media
£120,000–£140,000 per annum

Our client, an international media business, is looking for an experienced Finance Director to provide senior leadership during a period of organisational change.
We’re looking for someone with experience in media, TV, branding, licensing, or franchising.
This is a broad, hands-on role with responsibility for FP&A, financial control and finance operations. You’ll ensure the finance function delivers while supporting the team and keeping several important transformation projects moving forward.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining strong month-end, quarter-end and management reporting
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
- Improving forecasting processes across complex commercial relationships
- Providing clear financial insight and decision support to senior leadership
- Maintaining robust controls, governance, compliance and audit readiness
- Coaching and supporting senior members of the finance team
- Overseeing finance transformation, ERP, reporting and process-improvement projects
- Bringing structure, stability and clear priorities during a period of transition
We’re looking for someone with significant UK Finance Director experience and a strong background across FP&A, management reporting and financial control.
You’ll also need experience leading international finance teams and operating within a complex, matrixed organisation.
The right person will be pragmatic, credible and genuinely hands-on: someone who can work effectively with senior stakeholders, support a team through change and balance strategic priorities with the day-to-day demands of the finance function.
Salary: £120,000–£140,000 per annum
