Direct VC experience is not essential a genuine interest in venture capital, commercial curiosity and a willingness to learn are key.
The Role:
Working within a small, collaborative investment team, the Investment Associate will gain broad exposure to:
- Investment research and analysis
- Due diligence on prospective investments
- Fund management and investor support
- Preparation of investment and investor documentation
- Regulatory and compliance processes
- Market and company research
- Portfolio and investor reporting
The role offers genuine exposure to live investments, early-stage businesses and senior investment professionals, with plenty of scope to develop and take on responsibility.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have aroundone year of relevant professional experience, although the business is flexible on background and experience for the right person.
