Senior Anticoagulation Pharmacist – NHS Hospital

Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Band 7 Clinical Anticoagulation Pharmacist to provide specialist locum support to the pharmacy team in Chertsey Surrey. This role requires expert knowledge of anticoagulation services and the ability to work within a busy NHS hospital setting.

You will review anticoagulation therapy, support medicines management initiatives, and contribute to guidelines while delivering patient-centred care.
