Community Health Support Worker & Phlebotomist

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Healthcare Support Worker to join our Community Nursing Service across Hampshire in a permanent role. The service operates 8am–8pm, 7 days a week, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in patients’ homes and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Role involves following care plans, contributing to care planning and communication, and supporting patients to maintain independence.
