Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an Adults Mental Health Social Worker to join our team in Hampshire. This ongoing role offers both full-time and part-time hours and a rewarding path in adult social care, with a focus on delivering high-quality mental health support to adults.

You will undertake Care Act 2014 assessments and reviews, manage a complex caseload, perform Mental Capacity Act assessments, and contribute to safeguarding and risk management in line with local authority guidance.
