Are you looking for a rewarding Support Worker role in Complex Care?

He is supported by a multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy, and Support Workers play an important role in helping to follow and maintain these therapy programmes. This includes attending hydrotherapy sessions in the pool and supporting the communication strategies already in place.

He also has a much-loved kitten called Velma, so being comfortable around pets is an important part of everyday life in the home.

To support him effectively, we are looking for people who are warm, positive and approachable, with a good level of awareness and sensitivity to their surroundings. You will need to be confident using your own initiative, working closely with others as part of a team, and developing a trusting and respectful relationship with him.
