Youth Housing Support Worker – Empower Futures

P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for our 24-hour accommodation service in Uxbridge. The role is part-time (26.5 hours/week) and offers the opportunity to help young people move from homelessness toward independent living, with a strong focus on empowerment.

You will act as a keyworker, developing personalised plans, listening with empathy, and coordinating with borough partners to achieve positive, lasting outcomes in line with our values.
