In-Home Support Worker – Person-Centred Care

Active Care Group in York invites compassionate Support Workers to join a brand-new team supporting a client in her own home in Stockton on the Forest, York. You will provide person-centred, one-to-one care, assist with daily living tasks, and learn specialist care skills including stoma care and AD recognition.

Role is open to female applicants only, with a rolling two-week on/off rota and 24/7 in-home support during shifts. Full UK driving licence and comfort with animals are required.
