Night Shift Senior Care Lead – Dementia & Person-Centred Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our night-shift team in Merthyr Tydfil. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, and help deliver person-centered care for residents with dementia, nursing, residential and specialist needs.

You will be responsible for accurate record-keeping, safeguarding, and providing essential physical and mental stimulation through activities.
