Therapeutic Residential Support Worker – Children

Esland are looking for a dedicated residential support worker to join our Ravensden team. You will contribute to young people’s care plans, build strong relationships with the young people and their families, and help keep the home clean and well organized.

You will maintain high-quality records, support Ofsted standards, and help with Individual Education Programs, while meeting emotional and physical needs to maximise development opportunities. A range of benefits and training are offered.
