Flexible Bank Support Worker (Learning Disabilities)

Cygnet Group is seeking experienced Bank Support Workers (Learning Disabilities) to work flexible ad hoc shifts at Cygnet Wast Hills in England. The role offers days, nights, weekends or occasional shifts, with supportive teams and a focus on person-centred care.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ healthcare experience, preferably with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour, and be committed to promoting independence and safeguarding. DBS check will be required.
