Residential Social Care Worker — Empower Independence

Together Trust Centre in Hazel Grove is seeking a Residential Social Care Worker to join the Adult Residential Care team. You will work 37.5 hours per week across a 7-day rota, with shifts including weekends.

Salary starts at £26,230 per year with biennial increments and additional sleep-in and weekend pay provisions. You will support individuals with physical, clinical, health, emotional and social needs, promoting independence while maintaining a safe, caring environment.
