Mental Health Team Assistant Manager – Hybrid & Flexible Work

We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking an Assistant Team Manager to join the Solihull Mental Health Team and help shape and deliver a specialist social work service for residents with mental health needs. You will work with NHS colleagues in an NHS building, running a duty service from there and across the borough.

The role covers daily operational management, staff supervision in line with professional standards, and safeguarding, with a hybrid working model combining office and on-site duties
