Trauma-Informed Crisis Residential Support Worker

Randstad Care is hiring a Children’s Residential Support Worker for crisis and emergency placements in Birmingham. You will provide immediate, short-term residential care to children entering care in emergency circumstances, helping to stabilise them and build a safe, structured environment.

The role requires resilience, trauma-informed care, and flexibility to cover day shifts, nights, weekends, and sleep-ins, with a full UK driving license preferred.
