Therapeutic Adventure Care Worker (Youth)

Esland is seeking a nurturing Children’s Adventure Care Worker to support 8 to 18 year olds in a residential setting, delivering therapeutic care and engaging activities at Woodside Farm, near Shifnal. The role is to cover maternity leave with a potential for permanency, and shift patterns include 4 days on, 6 days off with sleep nights.

You will join a trauma-informed team, plan outdoor adventures and creative projects, and help young people develop confidence and life skills in a caring
