Community Rehab Assistant — Home-Based Care & Growth

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an adaptable Rehab Assistant to join the Integrated Community Rehabilitation Team. You will deliver home-based rehab and ward-based care under clinicians, with autonomous tasks when appropriate.

Applicants should have rehabilitation or caring experience, strong communication and teamwork, and be flexible to work across a 7-day rota. DBS check will be required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
