Assistant Team Manager, Mental Health Social Work

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an Assistant Team Manager for our Mental Health Team. You will support the Team Manager to shape and deliver a person-centred social work service for Solihull residents with mental health needs.

In this role you will supervise staff, ensure practice meets legal and professional standards, and work across office and community locations within the borough. DBS checks and safeguarding duties apply.
