Learning Disabilities Social Worker — Hybrid, Somerset

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care – Learning Disabilities team in Somerset. The role focuses on assessments, care planning and decision-making to support adults with learning disabilities.

You will work in a multidisciplinary setting, complete Care Act assessments, and travel across Somerset. Hybrid working with two days on site and some travel within the county are expected.
