Community Living Support Worker – Flexible Shifts & Growth

FitzRoy’s Supported Living service in North Walsham is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism. The role is community-based, primarily 1:1, and involves enabling everyday activities such as trips to the beach, cafes, and shopping.

You’ll provide tailored, person‑centred support with flexibility across various shifts, including weekends. Full training is provided, and DBS checks are paid.
