Lived Experience IPS Support Worker – Help People Into Work

Enable’s Individual Placement and Support service in Herefordshire seeks a Lived Experience Support Worker to help people affected by addiction move towards employment. You will provide emotional and practical support, build confidence and skills, and connect individuals with local activities and opportunities that support their journey to paid work.

No prior IPS experience is required as induction, training, supervision and ongoing support are provided.
