Senior Residential Care Lead — Youth Support (12h Shifts)

Area Camden, part of the Polaris Community, is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to deliver high-quality care for young people aged 11-18 in a residential setting. The role is full-time and permanent with 08:00–20:00 shifts and a 12-hour pattern.

Applicants need 2-3 years’ experience and a Children’s Workforce Diploma or equivalent qualification. Area Camden offers induction, training, a fixed rota, generous leave and a pension scheme.
