Hybrid Patient Pathway Coordinator – Weight Management (WAMS)

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator in the Weight Management Department (WAMS). You will oversee the pathway from referral to follow-up, coordinating referrals, bookings and documentation across Bluespier and Careflow.

This role operates Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 with one home-working day weekly. You will liaise with GPs, patients and staff, ensuring timely care, accurate data handling and alignment with government targets.
