Pediatric Community Health Support Worker

Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to care for children with complex health needs in community settings, including home, school or nursery and the Swanbourne Gardens Respite Centre. You will work under supervision to deliver high standards of care and will receive comprehensive training to build competence and confidence.

Applicants should be willing to work flexibly across day and night duties, as we provide a 24/7 service.
