Care Home Trainer & Staff Development Coach

South Coast Nursing Homes is seeking a Home Training Assistant to embed training across our 9 Sussex homes. You will run inductions, support onboarding, and ensure staff achieve Care Certificate requirements through structured observation and feedback.

The role involves some evenings and weekends and travel between homes, with a focus on developing others and maintaining high training standards. Salary up to £30,000–£33,000, plus DBS, pension and progression opportunities.
