Junior Finance Assistant: Payments & Ledger (London)

A top international law firm in London is seeking a Junior Accounts Assistant to join its Accounts Payable team. You’ll support with purchase ledger invoices, expenses, and client disbursements, gaining exposure to suppliers and internal teams.

Day-to-day you’ll review supplier invoices, expense requests, coordinate weekly payment runs, resolve queries, handle client disbursements and VAT receipts, and allocate funds to settle invoices. There’s real support to work toward finance qualifications.
